📋 Description

• Lead onboarding and implementation of complex and highly customized pharmacy solutions for a diverse client portfolio • Serve as a strategic consultant on product selection, plan design, and solution strategies • Manage client accounts end to end, including intent gathering, project planning, setup case submission, implementation, and transition to account management • Drive implementation and onboarding of complex pharmacy programs and customized plan designs • Consult with clients on products, solutions, and strategies aligned with their goals and operational needs • Coordinate internal teams and external partners to meet critical timelines and deliverables • Ensure a seamless, high-quality client experience supporting retention and growth of the MPS book of business • Manage multiple implementations simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail • Adapt to evolving processes, tools, and organizational priorities • Operate autonomously while escalating risks or issues appropriately

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product and/or health plan implementation • Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare administration • Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects, including end-to-end client delivery • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word • Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to manage large volumes of complex information under tight deadlines • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal oversight from leadership • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to multitask • Hiring preference given to candidates able to work the central time zone
