📋 Description

• Resolve employee IT requests through Slack, Jira, and other support channels • Provision laptops, user accounts, access, and SaaS applications for onboarding, offboarding, and role changes • Build and maintain automations, integrations, and custom connections between business systems to reduce manual work • Support M&A system migrations by consolidating tools, retiring duplicate services, and improving operational efficiency • Document processes, identify recurring issues, and continuously improve the employee IT experience • Solve day-to-day IT issues for employees and support systems behind a growing company • Help integrate acquired companies into Array’s environment

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of IT support, Help Desk, or Desktop Support experience (internships welcome) • Experience supporting macOS, Windows, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and common SaaS applications • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills with a bias for solving problems independently • Comfort working on a small team where priorities shift and everyone owns outcomes • Instinctive use of AI to accelerate work • Ability to work remotely in the USA or Canada
