📋 Description

• Serve multiple emergency rooms, hospital medical floors, and psychiatric crisis programs • Evaluate and treat patients in crisis and find the most appropriate level of care • Receive support throughout your shift by a 24/7 access center who triages cases • Direct and/or implement psychotherapeutic treatments and prescribe medication to treat mental, emotional, or behavioral disorders • Utilize a collaborative care approach within partner’s healthcare treatment team

🎯 Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible Psychiatrist • Unrestricted, independent licensure • Established and updated CAQH and FCVS profiles • Experience providing psychiatric care to all age groups • Treating patients in acute crisis and providing stabilizing treatment in 24/7 settings • Communicating with patients from various backgrounds and providing culturally competent care • Experience working with multiple EMRs at the same time • Advanced technical proficiency, including using hardware (Laptop, camera, monitors), Windows systems, Microsoft software, and EMR software • Thrive in a supportive, collaborative, solutions-oriented, and inclusive environment • Passionate about transforming access to quality behavioral care through innovative technology
