📋 Description

• Simultaneously serving multiple emergency rooms, hospital medical floors, and psychiatric crisis programs to evaluate and treat patients in crisis and find the most appropriate and least restrictive level of care • Receiving support throughout your shift by our 24/7 access center who triages cases and makes sure you have what you need to successfully treat each patient • Directing and/or implementing psychotherapeutic treatments and prescribing medication to treat mental, emotional, or behavioral disorders • Utilizing a collaborative care approach within your partner’s healthcare treatment team

🎯 Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible Psychiatrist • Unrestricted, independent licensure • Established and updated CAQH and FCVS profiles • Experience providing psychiatric care to all age groups • Treating patients in acute crisis and providing stabilizing treatment in 24/7 settings • Communicating with patients from various backgrounds and providing culturally competent care • Experience working with multiple EMRs at the same time • Advanced technical proficiency, including using hardware (Laptop, camera, monitors), Windows systems, Microsoft software, and EMR software over several years of experience in telehealth • You thrive in a supportive, collaborative, solutions-oriented, and inclusive environment • You are interested in being a clinician in a thriving behavioral health care modality • You are passionate about our mission to transform access to quality behavioral care through innovative applications of technology
