📋 Description

• Provide video-based behavioral health assessments with patients • Assist with de-escalation and stabilization • Capture readily available collateral information by phone or video • Analyze psychological and psychosocial aspects of individual interrelationships • Provide written recommendations on the next level of assessment or care • Maintain documentation within the partner site’s EMR • Maintain a therapeutic and safe environment • Provide observational feedback within the multidisciplinary team context • Maintain required certifications and licenses • Provide remote services to patients accessing care from a Community Mental Health Center • Serve patients aged 5 and older

🎯 Requirements

• Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner • PMHNP certification • Active Illinois license required • 2+ years of experience since obtaining license • Intermediate to advanced experience with technology • Strong communication skills • Established and updated CAQH profile strongly preferred • Private office space at home or elsewhere for confidentiality • United States residency required • Legally eligible for employment in the United States • Must maintain all required certifications and licenses
