📋 Description

• Lead data analysis, reporting, and performance evaluation activities in support of large-scale federal transition assistance programs. • Oversee the collection, management, interpretation, and presentation of program data. • Develop actionable insights, performance metrics, dashboards, and analytical products. • Conduct program evaluations and identify trends, gaps, and emerging issues. • Coordinate data integration from multiple government and partner sources. • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses and prepare executive-level reports, briefings, and recommendations. • Deliver analytics that measure program outcomes, operational performance, customer engagement, and service effectiveness.

🎯 Requirements

• 10 years of relevant experience, including 5 within the federal government. • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. • Proven experience in the management of government program data collection, modeling, analyses, and product generation. • Experience in preparing executive level reports, briefings, and documentation deliverables. • Comfortability with supporting complex client relationships. • Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance. • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
