• Lead multi-workstream coordination efforts for CCN NG and VFMP technology implementation initiatives • Support Agile development cadence activities including Program Increment (PI) planning • Monitor and manage program schedules, identifying and escalating schedule risks • Facilitate stakeholder coordination and communication across VA program offices • Maintain program governance documentation including risk registers and decision logs
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of project coordination or program analysis experience • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a closely related discipline required • Master's degree or PMP certification strongly preferred • Demonstrated experience supporting VA, VHA, or other federal agency program offices • Proven proficiency with Agile tools and frameworks (JIRA, SAFe, or equivalent)
