📋 Description
• Supports requirements gathering, process documentation, and high-quality technical writing/editing of all ORIS deliverables, playbooks, training materials, and knowledge-transfer artifacts • Documents workflows, decision-rights matrices, and Value Stream processes • Maintains version control of enterprise curriculum and governance documents • Gathers, analyzes, and composes technical information required for preparation of user manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, and reports • Edits functional descriptions, system specifications, user manuals, and special reports • Conducts research and ensures the use of proper technical terminology and translates technical information into clear, readable documents
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree (or 6 additional years of specialized experience in lieu of degree) • Minimum 4 years of specialized experience in requirements analysis, documentation, or technical writing in a health IT environment • Strong command of medical/healthcare terminology is a must • Strong experience with computer-based systems • Proven ability to translate complex clinical informatics concepts into clear user-facing materials
