• Responsible for the access and reimbursement strategy and implementation aligned with the portfolio of AKT products • Manage the contracting process, monitor contract performance, and identify opportunities for adjustment • Develop and maintain relationships that align strategically to the business needs of accounts • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Company’s and competition's products, strategies, and account priorities • Collaborate with commercial, medical, and market access teams to shape strategy and maximize opportunities
• Bachelor's degree required • Minimum 8+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience in NAM, KAM, or sales management with at least five years in market access role • Deep understanding of managed market dynamics, payer/PBM economics • Current relationships with Pharmacy Directors and Medical Directors • Good communication skills, both verbal and written • Experience in negotiating contracts and agreements. • Strong business acumen
