📋 Description

• Provides patient care modalities of evidence-based practices to best meet the clinical needs of the patients. • Implement specific treatment modalities in both individual and group therapy settings. • Review and sign patient clinical Psychosocial assessment, diagnosis, treatment plan, and consents. • Document all services and patient activities appropriately. • Conduct crisis intervention for individuals and families based on safety plans. • Participate in case planning with the Multidisciplinary Team. • Participate in supervision and ongoing education to maintain and improve competency. • Provide case management services to promote recovery and community reintegration.

🎯 Requirements

• Active, unrestricted mental health license in state of primary residence and state of medical services being provided (Arizona) • Comfortable working in a remote environment • Willingness to work evening hours • Patient-first mindset
