📋 Description

• Collaborates with Ministry Market executive leaders and technical stakeholders to ensure strategic technological alignment with organizational objectives • Advises and guides business partners and impacted associates during program life cycle • Coordinates with operational stakeholders on technical roadmap creation while collaborating with diverse internal teams to facilitate delivery • Delivers reporting for leadership while overseeing the IT evaluation and ranking workflows • Mentors and oversees project managers

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred. • 8+ years managing key strategic projects (with $1M+ budget oversight); preferably mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and managing external partners • PMP or equivalent Project Management Certification • Ability to gather, analyze and report project data from ServiceNow
