📋 Description

• Own and optimize the enterprise DDI platform (DNS, DHCP, and IPAM), ensuring the availability, performance, and reliability of critical network services that support the entire organization. • Serve as the senior technical expert for complex DNS and IPAM issues, leading root-cause analysis and resolving high-impact incidents across large-scale production environments. • Drive operational excellence across the Infoblox ecosystem by leading upgrades, migrations, service improvements, and integration efforts while helping elevate the capabilities of the broader engineering team.

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 2 years of leadership or management experience preferred. • 8–10+ years of hands-on network engineering experience • Proven experience managing enterprise-scale DNS, DHCP, and IPAM environments • Expert-level hands-on experience with: Infoblox (NIOS, Grid architecture, DDI services) • Strong expertise in: DNS (authoritative, recursive, zone management, DNSSEC fundamentals) • DHCP operations and IP address lifecycle management • Core networking concepts (routing, switching, TCP/IP) • Experience supporting mission-critical, high-availability environments • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-layer service issues • Infoblox Certified Professional (e.g., BloxOne / NIOS certifications) • Additional certifications strongly preferred: Cisco CCNP (or equivalent route/switch certification), DNS or network-related certifications
