📋 Description

• Lead the design and deployment of automated, self-service dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik • Customize dashboards for different audiences, from C-Suite summaries to chart-level data for CDI specialists • Hire, train, and mentor business system analysts in technical skills, SQL, data visualization, and clinical/coding knowledge • Partner with Physician Advisors and CDI Directors to present data findings to clinical staff • Tailor data presentations to show physicians how documentation gaps affect their quality profiles • Oversee extraction and integration of data from EHR systems such as Epic or Cerner, coding software, and billing databases • Create a unified data warehouse for CDI analytics • Track and analyze CDI KPIs, including CMI, CC/MCC capture rates, and SOI/ROM scores

🎯 Requirements

• Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) experience is required • Licensure required relevant to state in which work is performed • High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred • High proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, scripting languages (Python, Tableau, Power BI, Apps Script), SQL, and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) • Clinical/coding knowledge • Strong understanding of HL7, FHIR, or EHR data integration principles • Project Management, CDI and CCDS certification
