📋 Description
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and document business, operational, and clinical requirements informing contract development • Assist with developing and coordinating RFIs, RFPs, and other sourcing activities • Organize supplier information and support evaluation processes • Support contract design through stakeholder communications, supplier evaluations, and documentation • Collaborate with sourcing, clinical, operational, and cross-functional teams on contract development and stakeholder engagement • Support contract lifecycle activities, supplier communications, contract documentation, performance tracking, and issue resolution • Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation • Contribute to process improvement, contract communications, and organizational knowledge sharing
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma equivalency OR enrolled in an accredited program specific to the discipline • College junior year and above preferred, such as Supply Chain, Operations, or Business
