📋 Description

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and document business, operational, and clinical requirements for contract development • Assist with RFIs, RFPs, and other sourcing activities by organizing supplier information and supporting evaluation processes • Support contract design through stakeholder communications, supplier evaluations, documentation, contract strategies, and implementation planning • Collaborate with sourcing, clinical, operational, and cross-functional teams on contract development, stakeholder engagement, and end-user feedback • Support contract lifecycle activities including supplier communications, contract documentation, performance tracking, and issue resolution • Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation • Contribute to process improvement, contract communications, and organizational knowledge sharing • Support supply chain operations and efforts to lower non-payroll expenses for healthcare organizations

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma equivalency OR enrolled in an accredited program specific to the discipline • College junior year and above preferred, such as Supply Chain, Operations, or Business
