📋 Description

• Support talent, learning and development, and associate engagement initiatives through research, benchmarking, data analysis, and related activities • Assist with planning, coordination, and implementation of organization-wide initiatives • Research and analyze feedback, data, and best practices to identify improvement opportunities and contribute recommendations • Collaborate with leaders, associates, and cross-functional teams on projects, milestones, and deliverables • Handle confidential or sensitive information appropriately • Coordinate project and meeting activities, track action items and progress, facilitate presentations, and prepare communications and documentation • Develop, organize, and maintain resources, tools, and materials across platforms for talent and engagement initiatives, knowledge sharing, and community operations

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma equivalency OR enrolled in an accredited program specific to the discipline required • College junior year and above preferred, such as Supply Chain, Operations, or Business
