📋 Description

• Utilize specialty databases to abstract patient data from electronic medical records for the application of medical registries. • Perform primary data abstraction duties for clinical measures and registries. • Ensure high levels of abstraction accuracy and alignment with organizational quality standards. • Identify and communicate trends in clinical data to leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. • At least 1 year of relevant registry abstraction experience preferred. • Experience with STS Adult Cardiac Surgery clinical registry abstraction preferred. • Nursing clinical background in cardiovascular preferred. • No licensure, certification, or registration required.
