📋 Description

• Respond to plan sponsor and participant questions • Assist in servicing accounts and overseeing participant requests • Monitor support and team emails • Prepare, maintain, and submit recordkeeper access forms for assigned plans • Perform payroll uploads for assigned plans • Conduct monthly monitoring for assigned plans • Monitor and process force-outs and confirmations • Complete annual validation forms • Review year-end compliance testing and confirm necessary corrections • Provide information for annual 5500 audits • Sign 5500 and assist with SPY RFS to sponsors • Prepare annual plan assessments • Prepare year-end oversight documents • Complete 404(a)(5) and 408(b)(2) assessments • Manage plan notices • Complete annual and interim notices and disclosures via Plan Notice-Assigned Plans • Participate in a weekly committee overseeing plans' compliance with plan documents, the Internal Revenue Code, and ERISA

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of Qualified Plan Experience • Preferred certification(s) OKA, CPFA, CkP, AIF • Strong interpersonal skills • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks within established timeframe • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills • Exceptional skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel • Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat is a plus • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university preferred
