📋 Description
• Provide consulting services to internal and external clients, client’s attorneys and CPAs • Conduct Peer Call Reviews and provide feedback to colleagues • Conduct presentations and technical training • Develop advanced training modules • Draft and update retirement plan documents and notices • Conduct compliance audits and perform fee-for-service engagements • Execute research projects and write industry articles • Mentor Consultant (Level 2)
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field • 5 years of Ascensus experience or 7 years industry experience • CFP, CTFA, CFA, CEBS preferred • Software proficiency in Outlook and MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams), basic proficiency in Access • Excellent client service, interpersonal skills, professional demeanor, and positive attitude
