📋 Description

• Manage assigned REO property portfolios from acquisition through final disposition • Coordinate acquisition, inspections, marketing, disposition, preservation, repairs, securing, trash-out, landscaping, and utility activities • Coordinate with vendors, agents, attorneys, internal teams, clients, investors, insurers, and regulatory stakeholders • Monitor property timelines, compliance requirements, KPIs, service level agreements, vendor performance, days on market, liquidation timelines, and recovery rates • Review and maintain property records, occupancy status, valuations, title reports, tax data, and compliance documentation • Resolve title issues, code violations, occupancy matters, eviction activities, and Cash for Keys negotiations • Order, review, and follow up on BPOs, Supplemental BPOs, and appraisals; determine appropriate listing prices • Prepare monthly performance reports and adjust marketing strategies every thirty days • Provide rotating or as-needed cross-functional support for pre-marketing, eviction coordination, title coordination, closing services, and claim processing • Verify foreclosure deed recordings, research tax information, enter title data, and coordinate with recording offices and tax authorities • Process contracts, closing documentation, attorney invoices, title commitments, redemption timelines, and abandonment approvals • Report insurable events, submit insurance claim bids and documentation, and coordinate remediation and repairs • Support process improvements, maintain confidentiality, and comply with regulatory requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in REO, asset management, mortgage servicing, or related functions • Strong understanding of REO operations, timelines, investor guidelines, and property preservation practices • Knowledge of foreclosure, eviction, and post-sale processes and requirements • Excellent organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and REO management platforms such as RES.NET, Equator, Pyramid, Salesforce, or similar • Strong vendor management and stakeholder relationship skills • Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information with discretion and professionalism • Preferred: experience in multiple REO operational functions • Preferred: experience with title research and tax information systems • Preferred: experience as a closer or with closing coordination • Preferred: knowledge of state-specific foreclosure, eviction, and post-sale legal requirements • Preferred: experience with insurance claims processing or coordination • Preferred: demonstrated success mentoring or training junior team members
