📋 Description

• Own execution of technical configuration for a defined set of new Ashby customers • Partner with an Implementation Specialist to confirm customer requirements • Lead tailored configuration of native Ashby platform functionality • Define and carry out testing plans before go-live • Document final configuration choices for visibility and ongoing post-launch optimization • Act as a proactive technical configuration guide and advocate for customers • Advise customers on software-specific best practices to maximize value • Address thematic customer opportunities and improve implementation processes • Anticipate configuration impacts on customer goals and provide risk mitigation recommendations • Communicate progress and risks to internal and external stakeholders • Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations • Participate in the structured interview process, including a take-home exercise

🎯 Requirements

• Deep experience contributing to or owning implementation projects for complex SaaS products • Experience actioning defined project plans, communicating and aligning with stakeholders, and delivering agreed results • Ability to independently own a domain and hold customers accountable to theirs • Ability to work effectively in a remote-first setting • Ability to travel as needed, under 5%, for strategic customer engagements • Experience understanding enterprise customer needs and tailoring implementation configurations • Strong customer relationship-building, engagement, and communication skills • Technical understanding of a complex product; familiarity with Ashby is advantageous • Technical curiosity and creativity • Experience navigating change management processes and helping customers adapt to new systems • Cross-functional collaboration with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations • Clear communication and ability to distill complex concepts into simple themes • Strong listening, problem-solving, process improvement, detail orientation, technical proficiency, and data-driven decision-making • No educational credential is specified
