📋 Description

• Define, manage, and execute technical requirements for strategic customers implementing Ashby with custom-built HCM integrations • Advise customers on integration best practices and technical configurations • Work with customer internal experts to achieve integration goals • Use integration and product knowledge to help customers get up and running swiftly with Ashby • Lead customer-facing engagements focused on complex technical projects • Partner with Product, Engineering, Implementation Specialists, CSMs, Sales Engineers, and other cross-functional partners • Keep integration projects on track and ensure milestones are met • Build strong customer relationships through proactive guidance and advocacy • Navigate change management and help customers adapt to new systems and approaches • Identify thematic customer opportunities and improve processes • Solve complex integration challenges with innovative, scalable solutions • Use metrics and analytics to measure success • Coach customers and share knowledge • Participate in pre-sales conversations as a Workday SME when needed

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience managing and executing integrations with Workday and other enterprise-grade HCM solutions such as UKG, ADP, Oracle, and SAP SuccessFactors • Experience defining integration work, aligning stakeholders, communicating project plans, tracking milestones, and delivering results • Workday HCM certification is preferred but not required • Experience with complex people-technology integrations, including technical solution design and troubleshooting • Solid understanding of a complex product and its technical intricacies • Experience navigating change management processes • Customer implementation and consultative best-practice experience • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations • Clear communication and ability to distill complex concepts into simple themes • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous, multithreaded projects and prioritize based on customer and business needs • Data-driven decision-making using metrics and analytics • Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment • Ability to serve as a Workday subject-matter expert in pre-sales conversations when needed • Ability to coach customers and help them grow • Ideally located in the EST time zone • Must be comfortable with a remote, customer-facing role requiring both technical and interpersonal skills
