📋 Description
• Manage programming and deployment of surveys and polls • Assist with writing/editing reports and presentations of findings • Collaborate on initiatives aimed at continuous VoC program improvements • Support development and implementation of the new ASME customer panel
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or additional equivalent work experience • Minimum of 5 years of experience in market research • Strong knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies/practices • Advanced Excel skills and deep proficiency with Power Point • Extensive experience programming and deploying surveys with Qualtrics or similar survey utility
