📋 Description

• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve auto claims from initial report through closure • Handle a broad range of claims, including complex bodily injury and litigated files • Analyze liability, damages, medical documentation, and coverage exposures • Maintain accurate claim documentation and timely file management • Communicate effectively with customers, attorneys, vendors, and business partners • Ensure compliance with applicable state regulations and company guidelines • Serve as a mentor and resource to less experienced adjusters • Deliver outstanding service while achieving quality and productivity goals

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of Property & Casualty claims experience • Experience handling both Auto Property Damage and Bodily Injury claims • Strong understanding of insurance industry practices, coverage interpretation, and claims handling standards • Experience managing complex injury claims, litigation, and high-exposure files • Proven ability to investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle claims independently • Exceptional customer service, decision-making, and communication skills • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
