📋 Description

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap • Gather, manage, and prioritize market and customer requirements • Act as the customer advocate and articulate customer needs • Collaborate with development, sales, marketing, and support teams to meet business case and customer satisfaction goals • Apply technical product knowledge or specific domain expertise • Define problems and priorities in market needs documents, including the value of the market problem and solution justification • Review completed work and validate it with customers against expectations • Develop market expertise, including customer purchasing motivations, competition, and buying behavior • Act as the product leader within the company • Develop business cases for new products, product improvements, and business ventures • Develop product positioning • Recommend or contribute information to product pricing decisions, including competitive pricing awareness

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years' experience in Product Management, with demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products • Bachelor's degree and/or 3–5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience • Technical background • Strong data and analytical skills • Effective working skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail, and Adobe Products • Power BI experience would be an asset • Excellent teamwork skills • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority • Highly effective project management, prioritization, multitasking, and time management skills to meet deadlines • Ability to problem solve, collect data, establish facts, and offer valid solutions • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills • Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented • Proven team player who is flexible and adaptable • Superb writing, content development, and editing skills • Well-defined sense of diplomacy, including negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills • Must possess a valid driver's license • Criminal background check required
