📋 Description

• Write Python services, SQL models, scheduled jobs, and small internal applications • Build and operate agents for account research, lead qualification, outreach drafting, CRM hygiene, and usage monitoring • Design agents, provide tools and data, evaluate their output, and maintain them in production • Turn product usage data in BigQuery and Looker into usage alerts, expansion triggers, and account health scores • Build account targeting systems covering sourcing, enrichment, deduplication, ICP scoring, and ranked rep queues • Integrate CRM, enrichment providers, and outbound tools so data moves without human intervention • Maintain funnel data quality through routing rules, field governance, and attribution • Prototype quickly, measure results, discontinue ineffective approaches, and work with Sales and Marketing leadership on priorities • Document systems so they continue operating independently

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years as a software engineer, data engineer, or growth/GTM engineer, with time spent shipping systems that other people depend on • Strong Python and SQL • Experience owning production automations end to end, including APIs, webhooks, scheduled jobs, retries, error handling, and monitoring • Experience building with LLMs beyond a single prompt, including multi-step agents, tool use, retrieval, and evaluation • Daily use of Claude Code or similar AI-assisted development tools, with engineering judgment to review and test outputs • Fundamentals in clean code, version control, code review, debugging, and systems thinking • Ability to work independently without an engineering team to ship • Curiosity about sales organizations and willingness to learn CRM and related tools quickly • Builder's mindset with operator's judgment; ability to scope for business impact, ship iteratively, and measure pipeline and revenue • Low ego, high ownership, and comfort being the single-threaded owner of an entire domain
