📋 Description

• Coordinate enterprise job scheduling and file transfer processes to support critical business applications and operations. • Monitor system performance and resolve production issues through root cause analysis to improve reliability and prevent recurring incidents. • Automate operational processes by developing scripts and identifying opportunities to reduce manual work and increase efficiency. • Support data warehouse and data mart processing by managing batch jobs and file movement activities. • Collaborate with business partners, IT teams, and vendors to implement system enhancements and maintain stable production environments. • Develop and execute test plans while following change management and production control standards. • Maintain accurate technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge base resources to support ongoing operations. • Provide on-call support and assist with business continuity and disaster recovery activities for supported applications and systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's degree in Computer Information Systems, Business, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • 3+ years of experience in information technology, computer operations, or a related technical field. • Experience supporting enterprise systems, troubleshooting production issues, and following change management processes. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • 5+ years of experience in computer operations or systems monitoring (preferred). • 1+ year of experience with BMC Control-M, Momentum, or similar enterprise scheduling and workload automation tools (preferred). • Experience developing scripts to automate operational processes (preferred). • Familiarity with IBM Power Systems, Windows, UNIX environments, and data warehouse operations (preferred).
