📋 Description

• Process insurance documents accurately and timely to ensure proper coverage for homeowners and client satisfaction • Identify policy types and determine appropriate actions, including PUD, Townhome, Flood, and Wind policies • Update client databases to meet regulatory obligations • Make timely premium payments from established escrow accounts to ensure continuous coverage • Manage multiple demands and competing priorities while meeting deadlines and quality standards • Communicate and coordinate with insurance agents and carriers to verify information, update statuses, and meet deadlines and requirements • Address questions, concerns, and suggestions in a timely and appropriate manner • Build and maintain effective internal working relationships and support teamwork • Ensure smooth handoffs of incoming and outgoing work • Communicate status updates and escalate issues and opportunities appropriately

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED • Basic computer skills • 1-year work experience • Strong attention to detail • Ability to adapt well to change • Banking, finance, mortgage lending experience • Demonstrated ability to work successfully in an environment focused on production and quality • Employment is contingent upon completion of a required identity verification process, which may include biometric technology, where permitted by applicable law and subject to applicable notice and consent requirements • Virtual interviews must be conducted on video
