📋 Description

• Organize, lead, control, and coordinate service delivery for insurance tracking outsourcing • Manage several mortgage clients and units and provide leadership to a large number of associates • Oversee cash and cash follow-up functions related to disbursement insurance premium and claim payments • Manage competing deadlines and identify solutions to process gaps or inefficiencies • Drive delivery of expected results, productivity expectations, Key Performance Indicators, and client contract expectations • Provide input on staffing, budget analysis, and process improvement initiatives • Interpret and apply HR policies and regulatory requirements • Manage employee relations matters and compliance protocols • Delegate responsibilities to supervisory personnel as appropriate • Implement employee engagement strategies • Coach and provide constructive feedback to team members • Support direct reports, resolve issues independently, and escalate when appropriate • Coach, motivate, and engage employees in high-pressure environments • Lead, develop, and mentor others to drive department success • Influence beyond direct reports and collaborate cross-functionally • Cultivate working relationships with functional areas and balance stakeholder priorities • Make strategic decisions, solve problems, analyze data, and drive efficiency and improvement • Take corrective action as necessary

🎯 Requirements

• Strong background in financial oversight of cash • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, or 4 years of insurance operations management experience • Three years of management experience • Computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Experience driving strategic initiatives to completion • Experience managing internal and external relationships, including clients and vendors • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills and executive/client-level messaging • Expertise in cash management oversight • Preferred knowledge of general ledger and reconciliation functions • Direct experience leading other leaders • Experience managing large numbers of associates • Knowledge of finance, banking, and mortgage • Process improvement knowledge, such as Lean Certificate or Six Sigma Methodology • Ability to understand and apply HR policies and regulatory requirements • Ability to manage employee relations matters and compliance protocols
