📋 Description

• Analyze product performance, profitability, customer needs, and market trends • Identify potential risks and opportunities • Turn data into reports, visualizations, and insights • Conduct competitive and market research • Support development of business requirements, user stories, workflows, and product documentation • Gain exposure to product changes across planning, quality assurance, regulatory filing, implementation, and post-launch analysis • Collaborate with Product Management, Actuarial, Underwriting, Sales, and Technology teams • Identify opportunities to improve products, reporting, and team processes • Participate in team meetings and contribute to assigned projects • Support voluntary homeowners and condominium insurance products

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Risk/Insurance, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field • Expected graduation between December 2027 and June 2029 • Interest in product analysis, business analysis, data analysis, market research, insurance, or product development • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple assignments • Willingness to learn, ask questions, accept feedback, and collaborate with others • Must be work authorized in the United States on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Experience with data through coursework, academic projects, student organizations, or a previous internship would be helpful • Familiarity with data visualization concepts or tools would be helpful • Exposure to SQL, Power BI, or similar data and reporting tools would be helpful • Previous professional experience is not required
