• Provide individual therapy sessions for adults managing anxiety, depression, and trauma. • Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. • Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards. • Deliver telehealth counseling services while building strong therapeutic rapport remotely. • Collaborate with care teams and provide crisis intervention when clinically appropriate.
🎯 Requirements
• Active LMSW license in the state of practice. • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program. • Experience providing telehealth therapy to adult mental health populations. • Experience with clinical documentation and risk assessment. • Knowledge of HIPAA requirements. • Experience using CBT. • Crisis intervention experience is a plus.
