📋 Description

• Translate carrier requirements into scoped and sequenced work between Client Engagement and Engineering • Surface conflicts and tradeoffs early • Drive new carrier launches from kickoff through go-live • Own cross-functional onboarding plans, dependencies, timelines, risks, and launch decisions • Design product intake processes, prioritization frameworks, and status cadences • Evaluate the engineering time and timeline impact of mid-project requests • Translate carrier terminology into engineering requirements and engineering constraints into carrier-facing answers • Identify recurring issues across carrier projects and turn them into platform improvements • Manage RAID logs, dependency mapping, and critical paths for high-stakes carrier initiatives • Own carrier projects from scoping through execution, launch, and retrospectives • Resolve ambiguity and determine scope, delivery needs, and stakeholders • Build reporting and status rhythms for leadership, Client Engagement, and Engineering • Coordinate across Client Engagement and Engineering as connective tissue • Use AI tools to accelerate scoping, requirements drafting, dependency tracking, and documentation • Grow into ownership of platform product capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• Real product operations or TPM experience • Experience running cross-functional projects with timeline and stakeholder pressure • Ideally, experience in a B2B SaaS or platform environment with external clients • Technical understanding sufficient to scope work honestly and challenge assumptions • Appetite for ownership beyond the job title and interest in progressing toward product ownership • Ability to balance speed with rigor, including maintaining RAID logs • Ability to lead through influence rather than authority • Ability to learn the insurance domain quickly • Experience using tools like Claude and similar AI platforms to scope work, draft requirements, track dependencies, and maintain documentation is implied by the role • Must currently reside in the US • Must address employment sponsorship requirements for the country where the job is located
