📋 Description

• Serves as the vendor fulfillment SME and plays a leading role in fulfillment strategy across all verticals. • Documents fulfillment processes by vendor and jurisdiction to educate internal team and clients. • Supervises employees, provides direction, coaches, trains and develops, hires, and manages performance to organization goals and expectations. • Understands the business, financials, industry, clients, and strategy. • Manages budgets and resources effectively and efficiently; knows and understands organization’s financial position. • Manages vendors and outside service providers effectively; sets expectations and holds routine business reviews with key vendors. • Communicates with vendors to understand their processes and any delays or special circumstances. • Manages and monitors vendor KPIs and SLAs with routine communication of vendor performance to Asurint leadership. • Coordinates pricing, process, testing, and rollout of new vendor products. • Generates ad-hoc reports for Operations and Executive Management teams. • Other duties as required.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading at the functional level is preferred. • Previous research or investigative experience is preferred. • Experience remotely operating a department and supervising employees and vendors is preferred. • Experience with the legal/court system is preferred. • Experience with background screening is preferred. • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) or similar software is required. • Relevant business management systems such as general ledger, HRIS, CRM, etc. is preferred. • Salesforce is preferred.
