📋 Description

• Evaluate and validate AI-generated content related to finance, accounting, financial reporting, and business processes • Review, compare, and score AI model responses for development, refinement, and benchmarking • Develop subject matter expert explanations and solutions for finance-related scenarios • Identify inaccuracies, questionable assumptions, or incomplete recommendations and provide constructive feedback • Design real-world finance use cases with business scenarios, supporting datasets, source materials, and evaluation criteria • Test AI performance against custom finance scenarios, analyze results, and refine tasks based on reviews and stakeholder feedback • Follow project guidelines, documentation standards, and submission procedures • Deliver accurate, high-quality work while meeting project timelines • Apply financial judgment and analytical thinking to complex information • Collaborate through cloud-based tools and incorporate feedback through multiple review cycles • Apply finance expertise to improve advanced AI systems

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of finance experience in corporate finance, investment finance, FP&A, valuation, treasury, accounting, capital markets, banking, or related financial disciplines • Strong experience in finance management, finance analysis, finance reporting, and financial planning and analysis (FP&A) • Professional experience in corporate finance, investment analysis, investment planning, investment management, or credit-related roles such as credit analysis and credit risk • Hands-on experience with forecasting models, budgeting, and financial forecasting in a professional setting • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field (required) • Recent, individual contributor experience performing finance-related responsibilities rather than working solely in leadership or oversight roles • Excellent written communication skills • Demonstrated analytical thinking and sound financial judgment • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented processes, interpret written guidance, and incorporate feedback through multiple review cycles • Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment while independently managing workload, priorities, and deadlines • Comfort using cloud-based collaboration platforms, online document management tools, software applications, and common file-sharing workflows • Availability to support approximately 30 to 40 hours per week over a 12-week period • Residence within the United States • Master's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related discipline (preferred) • General familiarity with artificial intelligence technologies, including large language models (LLMs) and their business applications • Experience with financial reporting concepts, capital markets, and complex business processes • Ability to design realistic finance and investment scenarios, including supporting data and evaluation criteria • Comfort providing detailed written feedback and structured evaluations of complex financial content
