📋 Description

• Own and communicate the product vision, innovation agenda, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for Asurint's employment background screening portfolio • Prioritize portfolio investments and product backlog based on customer value, strategic fit, commercial impact, risk, capacity, and measurable outcomes • Analyze market trends, regulatory developments, technology innovation, competitive intelligence, product data, and customer feedback to guide product decisions • Lead products through discovery, business case development, launch, adoption, and optimization • Ensure product quality, compliance, scalability, and timely execution • Partner with Digital, Fulfillment, Compliance, Legal, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Service teams • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Product team • Set expectations, strengthen product management disciplines, coach talent, and foster accountability, creativity, solutioning, and continuous improvement • Align executives, customers, partners, and vendors; resolve tradeoffs and build commitment to product priorities • Develop business cases and investment recommendations for new product initiatives • Define and review portfolio and product KPIs, including growth, adoption, client satisfaction, quality, turnaround time, profitability, and operational performance • Establish product governance, documentation, and enablement for internal teams and external stakeholders • Represent products in strategic client and prospect engagements, industry forums, and marketing webinars • Perform other duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leveraging AI to advance/innovate in bringing solutions to employment screening clients is required • Experience in product management is required • Experience delivering product initiatives and defining long-term product strategies is required • Experience working with and gathering feedback from clients is required • Experience with data-centric products or processes is required • Experience creating and/or utilizing reporting to drive outcomes and make decisions is required • Experience with criminal and civil background screening or the legal/court system is required • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) or similar software is required • High school diploma or equivalent is required • 8 years of experience in product management is required • 3 years of experience managing product managers is required • A driver's license and ability to maintain a driving record satisfactory to the company's liability insurance carrier are required for work-related driving • Experience leading at the departmental level is preferred • Experience developing understanding of the user experience and voice of the client, and making data-driven decisions to improve product and service offerings is preferred • Relevant business management systems such as general ledger, HRIS, CRM, etc. is preferred • Bachelor's degree is preferred • Ability to work generally during Eastern Time Zone business hours • Ability to perform occasional work, meetings, and events outside normal hours, including weekends and evenings • Ability to travel occasionally, including possible overnight travel • Ability to lift objects weighing less than 20 pounds and carry them up to 20 feet
