📋 Description

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the Criminal and Housing Data Acquisition teams • Oversee acquisition methods, quality, and performance of criminal, housing, sanctions, and other public record sources • Provide leadership and operational guidance to team members • Partner with the Director, Data Acquisition to expand data coverage and drive process improvement • Supervise, coach, train, develop, hire, and manage employee performance • Manage team resources, vendors, and outside bulk-data service providers • Monitor processes to deliver low-cost, high-quality, compliant results • Forecast resource needs based on volume fluctuations and adjust resources accordingly • Develop and enhance team KPIs • Create team-specific operating policies and training initiatives • Oversee department quality audits • Recommend quality and onboarding process improvements • Track trends and report key findings, statistics, and team output to leadership • Act as escalation point and subject matter expert for tactical resolution of escalated data issues • Complete special projects and other duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with relationship database systems including SQL Server is required • Experience with Web transportation tools (XML and HTML) is required • Experience using reporting tools and data sets to analyze and report data is required • Experience with the life cycle of criminal records and standards needed to report them is required • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) or similar software is required • High school diploma or equivalent is required • If you do any work-related driving while at Asurint, a driver’s license and ability to maintain a driving record that is satisfactory to the company’s liability insurance carrier is required • Experience with the legal/court system is preferred • Experience with background screening is preferred • Relevant business management systems such as general ledger, HRIS, CRM, etc. is preferred • Salesforce is preferred • 5 to 7 years of relevant experience is preferred • 2 to 5 years of supervisory experience is preferred • Ability to lift light objects (less than 20 pounds) and carry them short distances (20 feet or less) is required • Some travel by personal automobile and occasional overnight travel may be required
