📋 Description

• Track payments, apply payments accurately, and follow up on overdue balances • Connect with patients and insurers to collect and negotiate payments • Resolve billing discrepancies and arrange payment plans • Post patient and insurance payments • Reconcile accounts quickly and accurately • Review aging reports, prioritize aged accounts, escalate trends, and generate performance reports • Partner with clients, billing teams, and payers to resolve discrepancies and clear claims • Work approximately 50 accounts per day • Follow up on unpaid and denied claims • Send appeals • Identify trends proactively to improve outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED • 2+ years in revenue cycle functions, preferably in a healthcare, medical, or ASC environment • Familiarity with patient accounting software, including Advantx, HST, Vision, or SIS Complete • Strong negotiation and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet daily metrics • Knowledge of payer contracts, EOBs, and HIPAA compliance • Comfort working in payer portals such as Availity or Waystar • Organized, detail-oriented team-player approach • Distraction-free workspace • Reliable internet • Direct phone line • Ability to work standard hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST
