📋 Description

• Prospect, develop, and close new domestic freight opportunities • Manage customer relationships from initial contact through ongoing account growth • Quote lanes, negotiate rates, and secure freight • Coordinate and manage shipments cradle-to-grave or tender loads to internal operations • Work with a network of carriers including 3PL and asset-based providers • Maintain visibility, communication, and service standards with customers

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in domestic freight brokerage or freight sales • Background working with domestic 3PLs and/or asset-based carriers • Strong understanding of lanes, pricing, capacity, and carrier relationships • Hunter mentality with the ability to self-generate business • Comfortable operating independently in a 1099 structure
