• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within manufacturing and retail distribution markets • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consultative and technical solution selling • Manage and grow a book of business while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets • Convert cold accounts into long-term, high-value clients • Collaborate with internal teams to provide customized packaging solutions • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline activity, and account management records • Stay informed on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
• 3+ years of outside sales experience in industrial packaging, manufacturing, or B2B technical sales • Proven success managing large accounts and exceeding sales quotas • Experience with custom packaging contracts and solution-based selling • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve results.
