📋 Description

• Evaluate and provide consultation to clients regarding high hazard and high-risk operations • Evaluate operations and provide feedback on project management, safety and quality management, radiological controls, performance assurance, corrective actions, problem solving, and management improvement • Conduct management self-assessments, contractor operational readiness reviews, independent assessments, triennial radiological controls assessments, event investigations, and effectiveness assessments • Review operational performance from a regulatory and safety standpoint and formally report issues or recommendations • Provide feedback on corrective actions to minimize operational risk • Provide assistance and guidance on major nuclear operations projects • Present solutions to operations, engineering, safety, and regulatory issues • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in Engineering or technical field, or equivalent experience • 20 years' experience in the nuclear or other high hazard industry • Experience in an executive level position • Detailed knowledge regarding nuclear and high hazard operations and safety • Advanced management skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Must be a U.S. citizen in order to be considered
