📋 Description

• Provide support in daily processing of retail and small business establishment, maintenance and deletion requests • Respond to inquiries relating to a particular area or to requests from customers and other Bank personnel within given time frames • Support other Payment Operations teammates • Understand assigned process and procedures as it relates to the job task • Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations governing bank operations • Provide high degree of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information • Ensure excellent service is provided to all internal partners and customers • Identify and resolve issues within assigned function • Comply with dual control standards as required • Develop and maintain knowledge of bank products and services • Perform daily processing of all requests within established service level agreement timeframes

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required • Minimum 1 year of Bank operations or financial industry experience including teller, platform, and/or call center representative required • Experience with MS Office Suite • High level of accuracy and great attention to detail • Excellent customer service skills • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Detail oriented and quality focused • Flexible, able to adapt to change • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
