📋 Description

• Conduct field inspections and collect samples for asbestos, lead-based paint, radon, mold, indoor air quality, and industrial hygiene projects • Follow established safety procedures, project requirements, and applicable sampling protocols • Maintain clear, accurate field notes and assist with interpreting data and preparing reports • Coordinate professionally with clients, contractors, laboratories, regulatory agencies, and Atlas team members • Manage multiple field assignments while working independently or under the direction of experienced professionals • Support related environmental monitoring and testing services as business and project needs require

🎯 Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent • An interest in environmental consulting, building sciences, occupational health, or field testing • The ability and willingness to complete training and obtain applicable credentials for radon, asbestos, lead-based paint, mold, indoor air quality, and industrial hygiene sampling • Clear written and verbal communication skills • Sound organization and attention to detail • The ability to use Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel • A valid driver’s license and the ability to meet motor vehicle record requirements • Availability for overnight travel approximately 25% to 35% of the time, including occasional night and weekend assignments • The ability to work safely and effectively in the field, independently and as part of a team • Previous industry experience is not required
