📋 Description

• Own large, ambiguous data and analytics projects end to end, from scoping through delivery • Own and manage data products for external and internal stakeholders • Write advanced SQL to transform data and improve dataset and data-product reliability and performance • Maintain accurate and relevant data products as source data, schemas, and products evolve • Translate complex analysis into clear recommendations for stakeholders and leadership • Investigate root causes when metrics move unexpectedly • Ensure data contributes to cross-functional initiatives with product, marketing, engineering, and leadership • Mentor junior analysts through work reviews, best-practice sharing, and technical and analytical skill development

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, analytics, business analysis, or reporting • Track record of independently owning projects end to end • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, business, or technical field, or equivalent practical experience • Strong SQL skills, including complex joins, aggregation, window functions, and querying and shaping large structured datasets • Experience managing production SQL/database objects through Git/GitHub, including pull requests, peer review, testing, and CI/CD workflows • Hands-on experience managing and maintaining near real-time data products in Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Mode, or Databricks • Drive to solve difficult problems and rigorously validate work before release
