📋 Description

• Lead and execute internal audit engagements end-to-end • Assess governance, risk management, and internal controls • Conduct transversal process audits • Conduct operational, financial, and/or regulatory compliance audits of entities, accounts, or projects • Perform advisory and ad hoc assignments • Act as Auditor-in-Charge, including scoping, execution oversight, issue validation, reporting, and closing • Work independently and manage audit teams on assigned missions • Allocate tasks, provide on-the-job coaching, and transfer knowledge continuously • Ensure audit quality assurance in compliance with Global Internal Audit Standards and audit methodology • Communicate continuously with auditees and senior management throughout the audit lifecycle • Deliver clear, structured audit reports with actionable recommendations • Contribute to audit planning and risk assessment using business insight and prior audit results

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) from Business School, Engineering School, or University • 5–8 years of experience in Big 4 external audit, internal audit within an international company, or government audit bodies • Proven expertise in internal audit methodology • Strong knowledge of business operations, project/program management, financial auditing, IFRS, and controlling • Technology affinity • CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) recommended • CISA, CRMA, CFE, ACCA/CPA or equivalent recommended • Business/finance background strongly valued • IT knowledge is an asset • Experience with AI-enhanced audits is a plus
