📋 Description

• Design and deliver leadership, assessment, and development initiatives for complex organizational contexts, translating ambiguity into clear actions and outcomes. • Build long-term client relationships, identify meaningful opportunities, and shape engagements through insight and credibility rather than pitching. • Share commercial accountability for the growth and success of your client portfolio, contributing directly to sustainable revenue and long-term partnerships. • Support and challenge colleagues, uphold consulting quality, and help advance the maturity of teams and individuals.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong academic background (Master’s or PhD) in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field • Several years of experience in executive-level consulting, leadership development, assessment, or comparable advisory roles • Proven ability to deliver complex client engagements and develop trusted relationships with C-level and Board stakeholders in high-performing organizations • Experience mentoring, coaching, or developing other consultants • Native-level German and full professional fluency in English • Intellectual curiosity, commercial awareness, and an international mindset • Willingness to travel internationally as required
