📋 Description

• Serve as a liaison between the appraisal team and clients • Dispatch new assignments and proactively manage projects and cycle times • Enter and verify assignments, maintain detailed documentation, and update file statuses • Communicate project status to clients and provide proactive updates • Assign, manage, and monitor field appraisal teams • Collaborate with Quality Assurance to ensure a high-caliber end product • Provide customer service by phone and email, assess client needs, and deliver solutions • Maintain communication with field teams • Answer incoming calls and respond to emails professionally and promptly • Review appraisal reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with industry standards and regulations • Process invoices according to contractual requirements and maintain documentation • Provide feedback on operational issues and inefficiencies to support process improvements • Assist with additional duties as needed

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required • Insurance claims experience preferred • Familiarity with Xactimate and Xactanalysis • Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills • Ability to remain calm, focused, and effective in a fast-paced environment • Highly detail-oriented with a commitment to accurate, thorough file documentation • Ability to collaborate and share job management responsibilities within a team environment • Growth mindset with a willingness to suggest improvements and foster open communication • Proficient in Microsoft Office, web browsers, and PDF tools, with the ability to quickly learn internal systems • Only U.S. Persons will be considered due to U.S. export-control requirements; eligible categories include U.S. citizens or nationals, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees in the United States
