📋 Description
• Work with the Program Director, Instructional Designer, Program Manager, and program faculty to lead, administer, and teach in the Doctor of Medical Science program • Help develop and carry out the program’s strategic plan • Assess and document educational outcomes • Contribute to the program’s success and continuous improvement • Support core faculty work, including curriculum and course design, assessment, and accreditation
🎯 Requirements
• Master’s degree required; doctorate preferred • At least three to five years of relevant experience • Experience teaching or administering online education • Experience in adult learning, especially online and distance education • Record of accomplishment in teaching and scholarly research • Skills in writing learning objectives, developing test items, designing and evaluating courses, and supporting accreditation • Solid knowledge of PA practice competencies • Ability to design and deliver effective instruction • Ability to collaborate with full-time and adjunct faculty in a remote, distributed setting • Focus on student success
