📋 Description

• Assist the Chapter Conservation Manager with different aspects of the Audubon CLI program. • Coordinate recruitment, selection, onboarding, and engagement for the next CLI cohort. • Coordinate outreach to colleges and universities across Florida. • Communicate with prospective applicants. • Manage the application and selection process. • Support onboarding and orientation activities. • Maintain program records and participant information. • Assist with logistics and facilitation for CLI activities, including those at the Audubon Assembly this fall.

🎯 Requirements

• Coursework in an environmental field or related. • An interest in environmental issues, birds, and wildlife. • Experience planning events • Experience working with or leading college groups or clubs • Experience fostering inclusive and collaborative work environments is valued. • A self-starter, one who is motivated, able to work both independently and with a team. • Conservation Leadership Initiative alumni are strongly encouraged to apply.
