📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

• Valid and current Maryland state license as an LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, or LCSWC • Proven experience providing individual and group counseling to diverse populations • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team • Cultural sensitivity and an inclusive approach to therapy • Commitment to ethical guidelines and legal regulations related to mental health counseling • Passion for improving clients' mental well-being
