📋 Description

• Provide resources to callers experiencing a suicidal, self-harming, aggressive, and/or psychotic episode and need therapeutic support. • Take incoming crisis calls, completing an initial clinical assessment, and determining the next level of service. • Responsible for dispatching referrals in a timely manner, making subsequent follow-up calls as needed, and ensuring the quality and integrity of data entry.

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual Preferred (Spanish and English) • Bachelor's degree in human services or related field with 1 year of prior experience in social services. • Weekday, weekend, morning, evening, and overnight work hours available based on business needs. • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
